You will need 8 threaded inserts with an internal diameter of 3mm for use with [[http://midibox.org/forums/topic/19678-midibox-quad-genesis/?do=findComment&comment=200872|Smithy's PCB Front panel]]

You can find these m3 threaded inserts with an external diameter of 5mm commonly on
[[https://a.aliexpress.com/_ExA45x3|AliExpress]]

The default wooden case thickness is 9mm.
The 8 threaded inserts will need to be inserted to top of the wooden case.
I recommend using a 4mm drill bit to drill the pilot holes and drilling a depth of 6mm.

You can also use these threaded inserts in the base of the wooden enclosure to mount the PCBs.
